Hi walt Disabled toilets are toilets adapted for use by the disabled; they are not restricted for use only by the disabled. So anyone can use them. I met a Sales Manager whose job meant he was on the road all the time; he cheerfully told me that he used disabled toilets all the time. As for a note: you could ask your GP. Take some evidence that the condition exists - like printouts from our website. cheers Andrew
