Another really well thought out weekend put on by Andrew and Simon with lots of desensing and advice on how to push your boundaries at your own pace and I was very pleased with my progress having success at the urinals whitch I thought was great and I am buzzing about that . to anyone thinking about doing a follow-up workshop or a beginners workshop then just go for it because you won't regret it ever. Once again thank you so much to Andrew and Simon for putting on this brilliant workshop, those guys they are 1 in a million regards Pete
