To continue on from what others have said... I found the followup workshop very beneficial and so glad I went. Andrew and Simon are fantastic leaders, always willing to offer advice! It's not as exhausting as the beginners workshop because you all know the format and are eager to practice with like minded people. Also a fantastic bunch of guys from all walks of life, all fighting there own problems. The social time during the workshop is a lot of fun. It has helped me be more relaxed around others and speak out about my problems. Get signed up and get on a workshop, it will be one of the best things you can do for yourself!
