That's great news Nick - you really have it sussed. Keep on doing it; remember that at present it feels a big event; eventually it will stop being big deal - you will expect to be able to go but will still be aware of what you are doing; get through that to the point where it becomes forgettable ten minutes afterwards. Have no time expectations.
