Hi Andrew Thank you very much for getting back to me. I will have a look at the USA site. I have read on a few posts that people who know they have them don't actualy have to use them because it is just the knowing they have a back up which helps them go ..... which I am hoping will happen to me ! if I even get them ! I will give the GP a try and hope for the best. Anyone else I try to tell just says 'oh of course you'll go when you really need it!' It's lovely to find the support of some people who understand Thanks Emma
