Thanks Mert This workshop was excellent and really helped me a lot. I was achieving things I never thought I'd be able to do. The other people on the course were a great. You do wonder what other people will be like before you go, but you couldn't wish to meet a better bunch. I hope we all stay in touch. I have nothing but praise for the course. Everyone seemed to get the right level of individual attention and support, and although you don't pry into other peoples' detailed progress, I got the impression that everyone moved up significantly from where they started. Everyone started at different levels of what they could already do, but all seemed to get some real benefit from it. Anyone out there suffering with this and who is apprehensive about going on the course, please do it, the only thing you'll regret is not having done it earlier. There was a good range of ages, and as one of the older ones, it was good to see these younger guys doing something about their problem without spending decades with it, though you're never too old to try and sort it out. Great course - great experience.
