I can only echo the sentiments of Mike and Ken. Nerves and apprehension were at an all time high driving to Manchester, but once I arrived and met a perfectly normal and friendly bunch of people, all in the same boat, I was instantly put at ease. Firstly, merely being able to talk about this condition which I had bottled up inside me for years, and share stories will fellow sufferers, was a hugely liberating experience. Then making progress during desensitising sessions was an incredible feeling. Thanks to Mert and Andrew's superbly organised workshop, I have come away from the weekend firmly believing that I can beat this condition as long as I work hard on executing my step by step plan. Finally, I have also come away from this weekend with a great new set of friends. I hope we all stay in touch. I cannot recommend this weekend enough to guys thinking about going on a workshop. I, just like every other person who signed up for the workshop, was nervous to hell beforehand but chuffed to bits afterwards. Go for it. Jonny
