thanks Geoff, telling my wife felt like a real load off my mind but I think I was expecting a bit too much like I was going to be immediately 'cured'! Ironically I have probably been worse if anything since telling her after a very brief initial day of confidence! Off out for a meal tomorrow night so that should be interesting. A tip from this site of going to the toilet immediately to remove the unknown factor is a great idea and I'm sure will help. I have often been really holding back for ages only to find that the toilet is a single locking cubicle or something like that!! Anyway I'll keep you posted of progress.
