London Beginners Workshop: 16 - 18th Jan 09

Couldnt see a post on this yet so thought id start one.

Im so glad I went this weekend, it is a vital prosess for recovery. Many thanks to Andrew and Colin for leading the workshop, you both were brilliant!

Thanks also to everyone who attended. You all helped me a great deal and some very helpful comments wer given by everyone. I look forward to hearing your progress and hope to see you all again soon.

All in all a fantastic weekend full positivity in a friendly aptmosphere, well worth going!
