Its all true! The course was outstanding! It was conducted in a completely confidential way, and in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere which enabled a bunch of complete strangers to talk openly and comfortably about an essentially very personal problem. This was one of the great things - being able to talk about something that many of us had suffered alone for a long time. It's quite amusing looking back on it, because practically everyone said that they had no idea what to expect, and were quite surprised to find a regular bunch of blokes. No one with two heads! Many thanks to Andrew and Colin who ran the course. Marvellous pair of geezers! As far as I can see, they do it out of the goodness of their hearts and all they get out of it is the satisfaction of helping to turn people's lives around. It's not an instant cure of course, but you leave with a regime to work on and a strong light at the end of the tunnel. It's up to you then to work at it, but they are on call to offer support. The way our group bonded after only a day and a half spoke volumes about the way the whole thing was run. Well done both of you!! John
