I've just come back from the beginners workshop in London feeling very positive and determined to lead a life without the stress of AP. This weekend has been a monumental turn around point in my life. It's given me a great opportunity to meet others in exactly the same position, and the ability to progress to a point (prior to the workshop) that I would never have thought possible. I can now say anything is possible, you just have to know how to make it so. I can't thank Andrew and Colin enough, you both have changed my life so completely. You have the best humour and relaxed open minded attitude, which can put a room full of people at ease in minutes. To the others on the course. You were all instrumental in my success and I have never met such a wonderful bunch of people, young and old, in one weekend. Take care. Dion
