I did the workshop Make every effort you can to go along. There's no pressure or embarrassment So you see I still cant spell. But I can now pee in public. Andrew and Colin were brilliant. So go go go, the workshop will definitely help. So stop reading and email Andrew as soon as poss. Yes we are all normal and sick of suffering this horrible complaint. Be positive, give it a try, what can you lose? Stanley
