Just to let those who follow this discusion board but have yet to commit to actually attending a workshop that it really is worth it! I attended my first workshop last weekend having been reading this website and discussion board for close to 2 years. I was very nervous beforehand but after meeting on the Friday evening I was quickly put at ease. It has shown me that I am not alone with this problem and with the support of Colin, Andrew and the other attendees I left on Sunday with a new positive outlook and am now determined to crack this problem and get my life back. If you are thinking of attending a begineers workshop and are not sure if it can really help you, I can tell you it can. Just do it!!
