I completely agree with everything everyone else has said about the london workshop. It has made so much difference to my day to day life. I'm not now anxious about when I can safely go and almost don't care if I fail to go in front of people I know. I never thought this was possible before the workshop. Sure I could get over missfires (after studying this website) but to not care about them is another matter. After receiving so much good advice and putting those methods into practice life is so much better! The workshop wasn't really much work, it was just an enjoyable weekend with great people trying to get on top of this problem that bothers us constantly from day to day. For anyone that is not sure that the worshop is right for them or even possibly that the workshop won't help them deal with the situations that they struggle with I really recommend that you give it a go. It has made so much difference to me and I am eternally grateful to Colin and Andrew and everyone else that was there!
