Happy new year. Urinal tips?

Having done 2 workshops this year and de-sensing on my own things have improved for sure.
I tend to lockup when desensing at urinals with no dividers.Cubicles and urinals with dividers are a lot better and I have stood at urinals with no dividers to the point where I don't feel particuly anxious or certainly not very anxious but still lock up. This lock up only occurs when in the precence of others and I have tried to shield myself and there has been some success i.e high urgency not to many poeple etc and that has been after lots of missfires in the session and something clicks but all to rareley.So any feedback even if you think I have heard it already would be good thanks

I posted a message on the "anyone cured?" thread about holding your breath and just noticed that someone posted the same advice further down the board. It works for me most of the time.

Yes cheers for that mate have tried that but it didn't seem to work
After the second workshop I was flying and I thought I've nearly got this and it is only a matter of time but now I seem a bit stuck.I am at urinals and locking up or in busy toilets in cubicle with door open and locking up.I desense weekly but I feel like I have hit a brick wall.when I am exposed I.e on show freezing up just happens and it won't pass .any thoughts? have I tried to progress to quick done workshops in sept and nov 2010 cheers pete

HI Pete

I wonder whether you need to practice more at urinals with dividers; say give it six months of reinforcement, before moving onto those without dividers.
