Having done 2 workshops this year and de-sensing on my own things have improved for sure. I tend to lockup when desensing at urinals with no dividers.Cubicles and urinals with dividers are a lot better and I have stood at urinals with no dividers to the point where I don't feel particuly anxious or certainly not very anxious but still lock up. This lock up only occurs when in the precence of others and I have tried to shield myself and there has been some success i.e high urgency not to many poeple etc and that has been after lots of missfires in the session and something clicks but all to rareley.So any feedback even if you think I have heard it already would be good thanks
