Yes cheers for that mate have tried that but it didn't seem to work After the second workshop I was flying and I thought I've nearly got this and it is only a matter of time but now I seem a bit stuck.I am at urinals and locking up or in busy toilets in cubicle with door open and locking up.I desense weekly but I feel like I have hit a brick wall.when I am exposed I.e on show freezing up just happens and it won't pass .any thoughts? have I tried to progress to quick done workshops in sept and nov 2010 cheers pete
