Karl, you are perfectly right. I wouldn't like to be addressed badly as a gay man by an anti-gay man. Not because I feel that being gay is bad in itself, but because I wouldn't like to be addressed badly. However, if I were strong enough, I would like to meet an anti-gay man and to answer him badly if he had addressed me badly. I don't like anti-gay men. It's a type of racism. Very bad! I can add that when I was young (and maybe more goodlooking than now!!)I was twice approached by gay men; I just said "no", and that's enough; no need to be rude about it.
