That is what Andrew (and also me in a previous message) are saying. No, there is nothing wrong with being gay but you still do not want to give someone the wrong idea and you also may say it to an anti-gay person who may get angry with you. If that were to happen then your anxiety would increase each time you use the toilet again in the future and that would make overcoming your paruresis more difficult.
