Hi, This is a basic info request. I've decided I'd like to learn techniques to self cath - looking for some advice or guidance on where / how people may have learned this. I'd like to seek prof guidance from a urologist / Dr. and wondered if anyone on here has any recommendation in the London / South East area. Thanks.
