hi Andrew, I've just finished the Manchester beginners workshop and I can thoroughly recommend it. There is nothing to fear about the weekend, yes I was nervous before going but I was soon put at ease on arrival and it only got better as the weekend went on. All the attendees had different levels of AP but we all had it and we could all talk about it openly, that in itself was worthwhile! Everyone on that workshop gained a great deal from the weekend and I am more than happy with the progress I made. All I can say is book up, you really won't regret it! jamie
