Hi Andrew, thank you for your answer. Do you have some experience in using catheters? As I wrote in another post I am using some alpha blocker pills at the moment which helps a little bit, but the catheter would be the most effective solution. I have to overcome my mind to do that, but as you wrote it is probably not such a big deal as I think. I never drink coffee in flight, only some water, but after 5 hours I normally feel the pressure on the bladder that I am forced to go to the bathroom.
