I would echo what Andrew says and am very glad I also attended this workshop.It was good to meet some fellow sufferers of paruresis.They were all decent and intelligent people and not in any way strange or weird.As I have sometimes wrongly classed myself in this way in the past.I felt comfortable among the other attendees very quickly.The leaders are very knowledgable and kind people and I thank them for their time.I am now well on the way to vastly improving this condition.
