I attended the Beginners'Workshop in London last weekend,aware of all the glowing reports of the benefits others had experienced. Believe it or not, these reports are absolutely true. I don't consider myself old, but I am on the wrong side of sixty! So, I was reluctant to book a place, but Andrew persuaded me and I am so grateful he did. From the moment we met Andrew and Peter, we were put at ease, and that set the tone for the whole weekend. They have both been there, and they acknowledge what we are going through, and have structured a course that enables each individual to progress, and I mean progress, at their own pace. Their knowledge, advice and help was out of this world. I am indebted to them both. Like Phil, I managed on the first desensing day to pee with two buddies facing the other way standing just behind me. Two men I had known for less than 24 hours! I appreciate that there is a long way to go, and that there is work to do, but Andrew and Peter have provided invaluable tools, and given me a realisation of what can be achieved. My sincere thanks to them both for all the work and effort that they put into helping us. Ian
