I've just come back from the beginners workshop today. If you're thinking about coming to one, I can honestly say it's a brilliant thing and you should definitely do it. I've come away with an overwhelming sense of positivity, and definitely feel it's been a great kick start for me. I can't deny it took a lot of courage to sign up, and even more to turn up - but I'm so glad I did.
