I would not recommend hypnosis recordings for anything to be honest.The idea that you can hypnotise an anxiety disorder away is bit of a myth.Hypnosis is a tool that can be used as part of an overall therapy package but on its own it unlikely to resolve any issue. Although these recordings may be pretty cheap your money would be much better spent on a UKPT course.
