I've had some success with a relaxation mp3s for pauresis. I have only started using it after going on a workshop but I am finding that anxiety levels are lower now - but it will be because I've had a multipronged attack of CBT, desensing, backed up by hypnosis. The main advantage I find is that it keeps my head slightly clearer so I can then consciously keep my mind focused. Also I feel bloody relaxed after a session, maybe I'm more suggestible.
