Hi all thought I'd share a successful day with you. Went to the olympic stadium on saturday with a PMA determined to put in a medal winning peeing performance. 100% success including one in the trough(I was the only one there though). I used the breathe in deep, hold it and breathe out through pursed lips method. I really think finding out that I'm not alone with this problem has helped me a lot. The big test will be when I go out friday with my work mates but where before I would allready be panicing I'm reasonably confident this time. Bill c
