Hi Bill Not silly questions at all! What would be silly would be not asking them :-) The amount a bladder can hold is an individual thing. You can test it yourself at home by peeing into a measuring jug. Do it several times to get a range or average. Re going out; can be either way. What we do recommend is that when you go to a new place, check out the toilet straight away, so that when you need it, the layout does not comes as a surprise cheers Andew
