Hi Dan Glad you have found a reason for the why the normal CBT stuff was not working for you. We always advise people to get checked out by a urologist, just in case there is a physical contributing factor, as there is with you. But the acid test is that if one can pee in a self-declared "safe" place, but not in "unsafe" places, the cause is likely to be psychological in origin. So the question is: could you pee reliably in safe places? Cheers Andrew
