Generally once I'm relaxed I try think of it as a little bit of a luxury to have a bit of time out of the day to think about maybe planning a holiday, something at work or come up with some little mental puzzle (the equivalent of counting sheep to go to sleep), which takes the time pressure off a bit and makes it more of a positive experience.374
