After loading up on water I went to my local shopping centre on Saturday, and after mixed results due it either being too easy I.e no bugger about! Mixed in with a bit of faking it at the urinals due to toilets being overcrowded I stood with cubicle door slighty open on the verge of going but still locked up my what a pain in the arse! When suddenly a guy bursts in and to be fair bless he was polite then seconds later I went! I think I locked the door before going, but a few weeks ago I would of froze for sure, because any paruretic at my stage will know that when a guy bursts in it is normally goodnight nurse and I finished the session going at the urinal when the toilets were empty Wen't out for a spot of fishing on Sunday and weed twice behind my fishing position and there were two guys fishing either side of me both about 20 yards yards away with there backs to me and again I am sure that when I started trying to overcome this that that would not be possible. Today I had more success by urinating in a cubicle with door slightly open managing to PEE before a person left the room ! I hope that this doesn't seem like I am gloating, I have had this condition I think probably since early puberty and until I googled can't use toilet in public or something like that back in January This year I like many others thought it was just me and had never heard of paruresis or shy bladder and neither had my G.P( about 4 years ago) and neither had the local hypnotherapist! That does not mean that these professionals can't help. I just wish I would of heard shy bladder before now.cheers to all Pete.
