Hi andrew thanks for the reply you and the others who try to help people are fantastic! Apart from my wife no one else knows. talk about a secret trauma.I am not sure sometimes about my urgency levals I will have to carry on working on that.I think" that's gotta be a 7-8" when mabye it's not?and that can be after an hour and 1 litre (approx) of water or am I pushing too high up my limits?who knows What I do no is that I feel better about all this since finding this brilliant website. thanks again Pete P.s sorry about the spelling!
