Hi Ann, Sorry to hear about your problems with cystitis. I had a couple of episodes a while ago and a lady doctor recommended taking cranberry capsules which you can get in Holland and Barrett. I take two a day and haven't had a problem since ,though it's probably tempting fate to say so! Hope this helps. Regards, Margaret.
