Hi Tom Good to hear from you. Because you are young, it would be good to address the condition now, as the less time you have it, the less there is to unlearn. You say you are too far away from the workshops. Where roughly are you in the UK? And is distance the only obstacle? If you prefer, you can email me at the support address at the top of the page, and we can sort something out. As for working on your own. You need to get used to cubicles before trying urinals. Can you find a spacious quietish place, like a motorway services, train station and practice using the cubicles?
