Hi all, Im Jon, 23, from the West Midlands. I've had shy bladder for as long as i can remember, and some of the stories on this discussion board are so similar to my own. Finding this website and reading various success stories has given me so much enthusiasm and belief to overcome this problem, and I now want to tackle it head on. I have read the Shy Bladder book by Soifer, and he explains the benefits of gradual exposure therapy with a 'pee buddy'. Finding a pee buddy to work on and overcome this problem together would be really helpful, does anyone live in the Midlands who would like to meet up and help each other out? Im also hoping to attend the Manchester workshop in October and i'm nervous.. but really looking forward to it! Good luck to everyone confronting this problem and if anyone wants to meet up to do the therapy stuff give me a shout! Jon
