Hi Guys, Thanks for your support and words of advice. I will be attending the Manchester workshop in October.. once I fill out the forms tomorrow! I figure the only way to overcome this problem is by taking action and giving it your best shot (even if such action is out of your comfort zone), and this website and the workshops sound like a great way to kickstart things. To all sufferers.. let's throw caution to the wind and be proactive - with enough belief, determination and practice anything is possible.
