Follow on Workshop

I am really looking forward to the workshop. The first one I did I left on such a high, and I do feel much better about AP, but i have definitely hit a wall in my progress.
Basically I'm comfortable going in urinals now but only if there is no one else in there. I know what I need to do- more densensing, but i'm hoping after this weekend i'll have a few good experiences going in close proximity to others and this will give me the confidence to go onwards and upwards.
