I am really looking forward to the workshop. The first one I did I left on such a high, and I do feel much better about AP, but i have definitely hit a wall in my progress. Basically I'm comfortable going in urinals now but only if there is no one else in there. I know what I need to do- more densensing, but i'm hoping after this weekend i'll have a few good experiences going in close proximity to others and this will give me the confidence to go onwards and upwards.

I would like to echo Simon's setiments about the upcoming workshop. Before the beginners workshop in September which I attended there was an underlying dread and apprehension about the weekend. What a difference in my approach to the follow up next weekend. I am looking forward to it. Now that I am concious of my anxiety levels I can counteract them with techniques aquired on the workshop, I had a success today at the local swimming baths (no, not in the pool) and looking back there was no way I would have attempted to go in that situation (empty urinal with people milling about) a few months ago. There have also been mis-fires, but it's no longer the end of the world.
