Andrew - I've had a look at the link; thank you very much! This is exactly what I'm doing.. I'm drinking water now just to try the test out Mark - I agree! The next time that I'm on a plane by myself - which should be within the next year or so - I'll see what it's like to pee with no family present. Walt - Indeed, the only time I've really had this, was on the last flight - couldn't pee on the plane (thank God it was only a 45 min flight!) and ended up telling myself to relax in the cubicle at Stansted, which I did, to a huge sigh of relief. I'm hoping to, if not totally, at least partially 'cure' this, though.
