I suspect you are thinking about peeing when your urge to go is low on the scale. This is common with people who have AP.

The guys who attend our workshops end up saying they now have confidene because they realise that that first twinge is something they can safely ignore, and they know it can take a long time for it to get up to a level 7 or 8; i.e. plenty of time before the need to go to the loo.
