I would suspect it was someone from your work noticing you leaving everyday for lunch, and maybe following you. After watching you for several days, or longer, they reported you to the authorities as someone of suspicion, in which, they began looking for the reason you were suspiciously leaving work "everyday" to go home. At home, you have a computer. Maybe they thought you were a teerist taking info from work home to your computer? With having that suspicion in mind, they hacked your computers both at work and at home, to make sure you were not part of a cell. I doubt, very seriously, voice to skull has anything to do with it. Although, maybe once they realized you were not part of any teerist cell, they realized why you were going home and found you to be a good candidate for voice to skull experimentation...screwing with your head, so to say?
