the main tip is to do some de-sensing of your own, ie practicing. Basically tank up and visit as many WCs as you can (busier the berrer in your case) and use the cubicles. When you go, block the flow, leave the WC and come back again in a few minutes. This will enable you to get more practice in in a shorter amount of time.
When you are more comfortable, go in 30 seconds behind someone (time this however you feel is best for you).
No matter what you do though, nothing will improve your shy baldder more than a weekend workshop (held in London or Manchester). Read some of the reviews!
If you think you may get into trouble on the stag night (like I did on Saturday night just gone) then you may want to consider using catheters. As daunting as it may sound, I can assure you its not. Please read these two topics for more info. I will stress that catheters are not cures, they just reduce anxiety and enable you to have a good time! Alot of people report not needing them as they know they are with them so have a failsafe if they cant pee normally.
