Well done Ken for your posting. I am the same age as you & have "had" AP all mt adult life too. I found your account very moving & can identify with so much, although never got as far as the suspension bridge scenario! Discovering this website really was a huge help to me and I'm now considering a Workshop but just knowing there are so many others with AP has lifted a burden from my shoulders. Good luck to you.
