Hi Olivia You are definately right about one thing, you are not alone with this. Keep reading the posts, especially the ones which relate to the workshops. I went on the London workshop, it is the best thing I have ever done. Hopefully, in time, you too will be able to get to a workshop. Does your partner know about this, if not, there are guidance notes on the main website which will help you to talk about this with people. A very important fact here, please don't feel ashamed of yourself. You should be proud that you have managed to put your story on this site. Best wishes Pete
