Hi Pete Well done mate. Now do remember that you are experiencing situations that are a couple of steps further up your personal hierarchies than your present comfort zone; so well done for staying put. Re troughs and standing at either end; it is acceptable to turn into the corner so gaining some useful visual privacy, and also meaning the other guy is "out of sight". Stand at the drain end, that way no-one knows if you are peeing or not. What is so good is that it does sound like you are going to enjoy your desensing practice! You are looking forward to the wedding; any more social plans that you would not have contemplated before, or is it too soon? cheers Andrew
