As a fighter against paruresis, I am making a 5 minute documentary campaigning for the free use of toilets for the pubic. I feel that many people may be put off going places knowing that toilets are hard to find and concluded that if restaurants etc allowed the public to use their toilets, this problem would be dramatically reduced. My other focus is on places such as Manchester Picadilly rail station charging 30p for the use of the toilets. I feel this is very unacceptable. Although not directly linked to paruresis, it is very much in our interest. I am not allowed to focus on paruresis alone as i handed an assignment in last year that was based around a proposed documentary about paruresis. I wondered if anyone felt they could share their views on this for my short university documentary? I would film wednesday or thursday(29th/30th april) next week.
