After the initial high of the beginners workshop, I felt my progress steadily slow down and reach a kind of "peak", and this improvers workshop is just the thing I needed to get back on track to making further progress and to remind myself that this condition is beatable. I completely recommend the follow up to those of you who haven't attended one, as in a way it's even more important than the beginners one. Robin's right to look at them as a package, and now I really feel I can conquer this as the progress I made this weekend was huge.
It was also a great opportunity to meet more people with the condition, and just like at the first workshop, all the guys I met were fantastic people. One of the great things about these workshops is the support you get from each other during and after, and that's something you just can't get on your own.
So thanks to all the guys who I saw again and to all the new guys I met, for the encouragement I got throughout the weekend. And of course a massive thank you to Andrew and Colin, for making this all possible!
