I was also on this workshop and I would agree with all Mark has said. Having been on the London beginners workshop in October, it was just the boost I needed, as with all the desensing we did, I once again made loads of progress, and exceeded my expectations of how well I would do. It was great to see the people from the October workshop again, as well as meeting the chaps from the January beginners workshop who were all great. (Thanks again for the lift home Mark!) Andrew and Colin were great again with their mixture of support, encouragement, challenge and humour. As well as making excellent progress, I had a really good weekend, it was a really good laugh actually!
I feel really good that I am now in control of my AP and not the other way round. For those of you who have done a beginners workshop, but aren't sure about a follow-up, do it, you won't regret it - I think you have to see the beginners and improvers as a package that go together - you will be amazed at what you can achieve!
Keep up the practice guys,
Robin
