Hi Mike, Just wanted to send my congrats. You've been really honest in your story and I have to say, that's been one of the most helpful things I've found about this message board. I haven't been to a workshop but just joining this community is such a help. I'm really glad for you that you've started to sort this so early. I'm 53 and can only imagine what a difference it could have made to my life to have been free of this years ago. Good on you! Keep us in touch with your progress.
